Levellr is an e-commerce platform where fans can purchase life-changing experiences from athletes. For the athlete, it offers a new revenue stream which they mould to suit their interests and passions. For the fans, they are able to access meaningful, insightful experiences and connect with their heroes like never before. 

When you purchase a level, a confirmation email will be sent to you by Levellr with instructions about next steps. If you don't receive this, please reach out to one of the team as soon as you can. (Details can be found on the 'Contact Us' page on the website)

If you have booked a digital or in-person experience, you will be asked to provide 5 dates and times (if applicable) which you would be available for. Levellr will liaise with the athlete and do all they can to find a mutually convenient day to suit both athlete and fan. Please note, athletes may have blackout dates where experiences won't be possible, due to competitions or prearranged work commitments. Levellr endeavours to have a date organised between fan and athlete within 21 days of purchase, but please bear in mind current athletes may have exceptional circumstances when competing and a delay in response can be possible. If the date is not set within one month of purchasing the level, the fan is entitled to a refund or credit towards another level.

Yes, you can absolutely purchase a level as a gift. What better way to treat a loved one than a one-on-one experience with their sporting hero!


When Levellr reach out to organise your experience, please make sure you let us know it is a gift so the athlete can ensure every element of the level is planned to perfection.
Yes it is. Please head to the 'Request an athlete or level' page to provide us with some more details about what exactly it is that you have in mind. Levellr are all for innovation and creative new ideas - we're all ears! Although not every request will be possible, we'll do all we can to make your dream become a reality.

Once you've reached out to our team, the next steps will be explained to you in full. 

In short, we will work together with you to create your profile and we'll ask you to chose 3-5 levels that you'd like to provide on the site. This can either be managed by you directly, or by your agent if you'd prefer. 

In order to run and manage Levellr, we take a small flat % across all products sold on the website.

For any in-person experiences sold, Levellr will arrange a call with the fan to perform a background and identity check before confirming any dates. Photo ID will be required to be shown by fans who purchase these products.
