So much that I've learnt from sport has been transferable, and allowed me to move into a career in media, supporting charitable causes and business. With Levellr, I can do my bit to help others achieve their goals, by teaching you the learnings I made (mostly from mistakes!) during my sporting and professional careers, and have a bit of fun doing so
A bit about me: The rugby career may be long gone, but I feel immensely fortunate to have some incredible memories of those days, both at club and international level. To say I’m a World Cup winner, conquering the Aussies in their own back yard with that group of players is something I won't forget. Captaining my country on 9 occasions and touring with the Lions 3 times stand out alongside the World Cup win. Scored a few tries in my time as well!
Since retiring from professional rugby, there’s undoubtedly been a change of mindset! A Question of Sport has been amazing fun, not to mention my foray into dancing on Strictly and cheffing up on Masterchef. The step from professional sport into the business world was a challenge but one I’ve loved. Overcoming new challenges is something I’ve never been afraid of, and my learnings along the way have helped me pivot careers and continue to give the same dedication I did as a pro, but in a whole new field.
